The 44-year-old actor was diagnosed with stage 4 small cell carcinoma, which is a type of lung cancer and is usually caused by smoking. Dustin‘s rep told TMZ that he has never been a smoker and now has a theory that his stays at cheap motels around the country may have contributed to him getting cancer.
