It’s a big day for Brooke Shields‘ daughter! On Saturday (August 21), the 56-year-old actress shared an emotional post dropping her daughter Rowan off at her freshman year of college. Click inside to read more… “My unique and extraordinary baby girl spreading her wings.

I love you so. We are so proud of you,” Brooke wrote on Instagram along with a few photos of herself, husband Chris Henchy, and 15-year-old daughter Grier helping Rowan, 18, move into her college dorm.

Along with the photos, Brooke also shared a video of her teary-eyed drive home after leaving Rowan at school. “This was the saddest drive away from anywhere I’ve ever had to make.
