Britney Spears felt like “an ugly duckling” when she was younger because an agent at modelling agency told her she wasn’t “pretty enough”.

The Stronger singer shared a selfie on Monday night in which she had swept some strands of hair in front of her face to look like bangs, or a fringe, and in the caption, she joked that she needed to get proper bangs because they make her look so much younger.

Britney continued to candidly explain how she grew out her bangs and exposed her forehead when she was eight or nine years old because the “pretty people” did it and she thought it would improve her “ugly duckling” appearance. “I stopped having bangs in the 3rd grade and I remember like it was yesterday ….
