Morrisons and Asda shoppers have been warned of a new text scam that takes advantage of punters getting their groceries delivered to their home during the coronavirus pandemic.

Fraudsters have targeted a number of people across the UK by sending out texts to say that their food order is ‘out for delivery’.The text message then asks the recipient to click on a dodgy link that seemingly allows them to track their order and view their delivery note.Customers are asked to input a series of personal details on a website that looks similar to that of the official Asda and Morrisons ones.The Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) warns that entering these details could put your finances at risk.These text messages are similar to a number of.
