The stars of the new Disney and Pixar movie Inside Out 2 stepped out for the L.A. premiere! Amy Poehler, Ayo Edebiri, and more were on the red carpet for the event on Monday night (June 10) at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood. Amy reprises her role as Joy while Ayo joins as Envy.
Also in attendance were Maya Hawke (Anxiety), Kensington Tallman (Riley), Liza Lapira (Disgust), Tony Hale (Fear), Lewis Black (Anger), Lilimar (Valentina), Grace Lu (Grace), Sumayyah Nuriddin-Green (Bree), Kyle MacLachlan (Dad), Yvette Nicole Brown (Coach Roberts), Ron Funches (Bloofy), James Austin Johnson (Pouchy), Kirk Thatcher (Foreman), Frank Oz (Mind Cop Dave), June Squibb (Nostalgia), Sarayu Blue (Margie), Flea (Jake), Bobby Moynihan (Forgetter Bobby) and Kendall Coyne Schofield (Hockey Announcer).
In the new movie, Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear and Disgust—who’ve long been running a successful operation by all accounts—aren’t sure how to feel when Anxiety, Envy, Ennui and Embarrassment show up.
The sequel to the beloved Pixar classic will hit theaters on June 14. Variety reports that box office experts predict the movie will open with $80 million to $90 million for its first weekend in theaters.
