Strictly issue apology after Max George 'drops F-bomb' live on air

Strictly Come Dancing's Claudia Winkleman issued an apology this evening after Max George's appeared to swear live on air. The host said the BBC show was "deeply sorry" for the on-screen gaffe after viewers claimed to have heard the F-bomb.

The Wanted star Max and dancing partner Dianne Buswell performed an American Smooth tonight and were delighted with how it went.

The singer was clearly relieved the performance had gone smoothly and could be heard screaming the swear word as their dance came to an end.Max appeared to shout: “F**king get in!”After JJ Chalmers and Amy Dowden performed and received their scores from the judges, Claudia Winkleman apologised.“I also just want to apologise for some language earlier that involved Max,” she told.
