Helen, 39, took to the BBC dancefloor with her partner with Gorka Marquez, 32, to execute her first routine of the evening. The pair performed the Argentine Tango to Here Comes The Rain Again by the Eurythmics.
But it appears that she got so into the complex footwork of the dance, Helen ripped the hem of her sequin dress. The star ran suffered the huge blunder live on air during her dance when her heel caught on her outfit which caused fraying at the edges of the gown.
