The 58-year-old presenter and wife Steph decided to take matters into his own hands tonight after it was announced that the hospitality sector - including hairdressers - would not return to work before July 4.
Phillip seemed far from impressed with the prospect of waiting, writing on his Instagram Story: “July?!!! Sod that!” He then posted a clip of Steph listening to advice from hairstylist Lino Carbosiero on FaceTime before she attempted to cut his hair with a pair of scissors.
