Ayr town to get slice of drive-in entertainment action
Date nights just got a whole lot better as Ayr get sets to be turned into the drive-in entertainment capital.That’s thanks to two jam-packed events set to kick start the business in the town.The first event ‘Country Music Drive In Show’ will roll onto Ayr Racecourse at the end of this month on Thursday July 30.Gary Gamble will perform his impressions of Daniel O’Donnell , the fiddling maestro Stephen Smyth, young sensation Owen Mac and the fabulous Keltic Storm band will take to the stage.Gates open at 6:15pm and tickets cost £21.50.The second event hopes to catapult Rozelle park into a drive-in cinema hub as The Iris get set to wheel their giant screen over two days on August 22 and 23.The Iris are throwing it back to the eighties and
