direct to your inboxAn eighth person has been charged following the death of a teenager in Moston.Ismael Correia, 19, of Cavanagh Close, Manchester, has been charged with an offence of murder and an offence of violent disorder.He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Manchester Magistrates' Court on Boxing Day (December 26 2020).It follows an incident on November 5 when police were called to reports of a disturbance on Birchenall Street, Moston, just after 7pm.Officers attended and established that Alexander John Soyoye had been stabbed.He was pronounced dead at the scene.Six other men and a teenage boy have also been charged with murder and have been remanded into custody ahead of further court appearances.
