King Charles made a secret donation to help his neighbouring villagers in southwest Wales, where he and Queen Consort Camilla like to spend their summers away from the stresses of everyday royal life. The Telegraph reports that the King paid for a defibrillator to be installed at the village hall close to his country estate deep in the hills of southwest Wales .
