Alex Ritman Neon Intl. has added to its growing EFM slate with Jason Buxton’s “Sharp Corner,” starring Ben Foster (“Hell or High Water,” “Leave No Trace”) and Cobie Smulders (“How I Met Your Mother,” “Avengers”). The company, launched last year as the sales arm of Neon, will launch the project in Berlin.
