Netflix is hosting a virtual Pride event featuring LGBTQ and allied celebrities like Laverne Cox, Chaka Khan, and Dolly Parton.
Netflix Pride will comprise of “digitally programs moments of reflection” to celebrate queer artists and performers, including many of Netflix’s own: The Fab 5, Tituss Burguss, Hannah Gadsby, and Janet Mock, to name a few.
The event will also raise awareness for three LGBTQ nonprofits affected by the COVID-19 pandemic: OutRight, The Trans Justice Funding Project, and the Marsha P.
