Cheryl, 36, looked stunned when she realised her Girls Aloud band mate was part of the celebrity line-up performing Chicago's All That Jazz.
As Kimberley stood at the top of the stairs alongside Alexandra Burke at the beginning of the routine, Cheryl was none the wiser.
But as she and the former X Factor winner turned around, Cheryl's mouth fell wide open. Pointing up to Kimberley and then clasping her hands to her face, the mum-of-one couldn't believe what she was seeing.
