Britney Spears’ mom steps in after dad Jamie demands almost $1m in attorney fees

evoke.ieLynne Spears is stepping into the fray between her daughter and ex-husband after Jamie submitted his attorney fees in the conservatorship case for daughter, Britney Spears.
Lynne filed court documents objecting to his recent fee claims stating that she believes them to be ‘procedurally and substantively improper’.
The court documents obtained by People showed that Jamie has requested compensation from Britney’s estate to cover his attorney fees of $890,000 (€737,457) which accounts for only four months of their legal battle.
Lynne slammed her ex and his firm, Holland & Knight, for making the request for compensation for services that the document purports were not ‘performed in good faith’ or for ‘the benefit’ of Britney.
