ok.co.ukITV has denied rumours Dame Arlene Phillips is set to replace John Barrowman on Dancing On Ice – but now the former Strictly Come Dancing judge has revealed she'd love to take the actor's place.
In a brand new interview – which comes ahead of her I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! stint – the 78 year old has expressed her interest in taking up the role.
Arlene told OK!: "I love Dancing On Ice and I would love to do that." She then addressed where the reports of her replacing John could have come from, adding: "The producers of the show used to work on Strictly, so we chat all the time and have chatted for years.That might be where that story came from.
