homeless man slept at a Scots police station after he claims council bosses told him they could not find anywhere for him to stay. William McColgan, who had committed no crime, said he spent last Monday and Tuesday nights at the Oban cop shop which he claims was on the advice of Argyll and Bute Council bosses.
