West Lothian couple celebrate 50 years of happy marriage
Sign up to the weekly West Lothian Courier newsletter for the latest West Lothian news and sport.A West Lothian couple are set to celebrate their golden wedding this weekend.Walter and Marion Peel, of Polbeth ,were married on October 31, 1970, at Harthill Church.Walter (74) and Marion (71) went on to have two children, Kevin and Alison, who are married to Lynda and Chris respectively.Walter worked for Scottish Water before retirement and is a keen fisherman.Marion worked in the X-ray department in St John’s Hospital.
