Saints Coach Sean Payton Tests Positive for Coronavirus
The NFL has significantly altered its 2020 offseason in the wake of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, and now it appears one of the league's biggest names has been personally affected by the virus. 's Adam Schefter reported Thursday that New Orleans Saints coach Sean Payton has tested positive for the coronavirus. Payton, 56, came forward with his diagnosis to ESPN, Schefter added, «because he wants all people to heed the warnings of government officials, stay inside, and behave responsibly.»
