Hayley Tamaddon became a first time mum in October last year when she gave birth to son Jasper and now the soap star has opened up about her experience with post natal depression. Sharing a video on her therapist Sarie Taylor's Instagram, Hayley bravely admitted: "When I first had Jasper, I felt like I had nowhere to go, no one to confide in, no one to talk to about problems that I was having with him.
