Callous killer carried on drinking with mates as victim lay unconscious on ground
killer "callously" continued drinking with pals in a car park as his victim lay unconscious nearby.Paul Robinson punched Gary Swanick after an altercation between Mr Swanick and another group member back in July 2017.The then 46-year-old father sustained "catastrophic brain injuries" after he fell back and hit his head on the ground.Swanick tragically died from the injuries two years after the Birkenhead attack.Robinson, 51, served a 27 month prison sentence after admitting assault occasioning actual bodily harm in 2017.Following Mr Swanick's death on November 11, 2019, he was charged with manslaughter. He was sent back to prison today after being sentenced at Liverpool Crown Court, reports the Liverpool Echo.
