And Saturdays are almost completely all drinks bookings."Evuna co-founder Jane Dowler told the M.E.N: "Last week's trading was really good, just from Tuesday and Wednesday night."Across the whole week we're trading at about 80% of our pre-Covid levels, which we can survive on.
