Hilary Duff’s personal trainer is revealing the fitness and dieting secrets she used before her nude Women’s Health magazine photo shoot earlier this month. Dominic Leeder, a Los Angeles-based trainer, said he helped train the actress, 34, four to five times a week for four months leading up to her shoot.
