teacher headbutted a 16-year-old schoolboy and then proceeded to tell him to 'shut the f*** up' in a vile attack. 31-year-old Craig Embrey left the teenager, who attends a special school, with a split lip which required three stitches.Embrey got into a disagreement with two teenagers who were making their way back from a house party which was taking place on his street.Prosecutor at Liverpool Crown Court, Louise Santamera, told the jury that on January 18 2020 the victim and a friend were planning to go to a house party but after considering the size of the group in the home, they changed their minds.
