Emmerdale and Coronation Street will NOT air tonight as channel pulls their biggest shows after Queen’s death
SOAPS have been pulled from telly schedules tonight, following the death of the Queen. ITV will not air Coronation Street and Emmerdale this evening (Friday, September 9). The long-running dramas will be postponed in favour of a continuous ITV News Special all day, beginning at 9am, despite the broadcaster not being obliged to interrupt regular scheduling.
