sexually touching two women, one of whom was under the age of 16.Abdul Motin, 40, is alleged to have forced himself on the girls, touching them on the breasts, bum, private area and trying to kiss them.Motin began his trial on July 12, charged with 10 sexual assault charges and causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity with him.Motin was the owner of Spice Indian Takeaway, St Austell, but has since sold the business.
