Love Island star's mum says 'I don't want my daughter to to be with Joey Essex'

Ex-Love Islanders Indiyah Polack, Amy Hart and Chris Taylor joined Maya in dissecting the drama from the love triangle between Ayo Odukoya, Mimii Ngulube and Uma Jammeh to Ronnie Vint’s tough love to Jess White.
And in the audience were Nicole Samuel’s mum, Kelly, and Nicole’s best friend, Shannon who gave their opinion on Nicole and Ciaran Davies’ blossoming romance.
Kelly shocked everyone on the show when she revealed she didn’t want her daughter hooking up with TOWIE legend, Joey Essex. Maya took to the floor on Aftersun to sit with Kelly and Shannon who both laughed as they said watching Nicole in the villa has been “surreal”.The pair also reflect on seeing Nicole’s love triangle play out with Ciaran and Harriett Blackmore.Talking about the moment Ciarian kissed Harriett after telling Nicole he liked her, Kelly told Maya: “It was hard to watch but the thing is he had to explore Harriet - he didn’t need to kiss her, but it’s early days.” However it seems the pair are now big fans of Ciaran with Shannon saying: “I love him I do, I think he’s so cute’ he’s funny and she loves that.” When it came to talking about Joey’s entrance to the villa, Kelly laughed as she recalled the moment Nicole told everyone in the villa her mum is a ‘huge fan’ of Joey.
