A few days back, Zayn Malik had taken to his Twitter page to sound off on the Grammys stating, "Unless you shake hands and send gifts, there’s no nomination considerations." In another tweet, clarifying his controversial statement, Zayn explained how his tweet, "was not personal or about eligibility but was about the need for inclusion and the lack of transparency of the nomination process and the space that creates and allows favoritism, racism, and networking politics to influence the voting process."Today, i.e. March 15, the day Grammys 2021 is currently airing, Malik has clapped back again at the Recording Academy.
