Kevin Clifton to star in musical directed by Craig Revel Horwood – and it’s coming to Dublin!

evoke.ieAfter announcing he was hanging up his Strictly dancing shoes after seven years with the dance competition, it seems Kevin Clifton has just swapped one Strictly for another.
It was announced that Clifton will be starring in the upcoming production of Baz Luhrmann’s classic Strictly Ballroom which is being adapted into a stage musical by none other than Craig Revel Horwood.
The film has amasses a cult following over the years and was the breakout film for the Australian director before he hit the big time with the smash hit Moulin Rouge!
The show is set to be going on tour all over the UK and Ireland with a Dublin date slated for March 2021. All we can do is hope we won’t still be self-isolating by then and won’t have to resort to Naomi
