The Countryfile presenter made it all the way to the final of this year's series of the hit BBC dance competition on Saturday with her dance partner Gorka Marquez.
Helen, 39, and Gorka, 32, performed incredibly well as they ended up getting a perfect 40 score from the judges for their couple's choice dance to Mein Herr from Cabaret.
But despite their efforts in the dance competition, it wasn't enough and Hamza Yassin and his dance partner Jowita Przystal were voted the winners by the public - even though they received lower scores.
