Charles Cummings (1930–2021), Easy-Bake Mini-Wave Oven inventor
Charles Cummings was a toy inventor who created the Baby Alive doll and the Easy-Bake Mini-Wave Oven.Cummings began working for the toy giants Kenner in 1968, and within a few years, he had created the iconic Baby Alive doll. The doll came with a bottle, a spoon, and diapers, and specially made food packets for her could be mixed with water and “fed” to the doll, moving through the doll to become waste in her diaper.
