Lillie Lexie Gregg has announced that she is pregnant with her third child with fiancé Josh McEachran.The TV star, who previously dated Gaz Beadle and Stephen Bear, shared the happy news to her Instagram page with a sweet video showing her two children receiving the news that will soon have another sibling.
