Get Me Out of Here!. Her debut single, a cover of "Driving Home for Christmas", was released on 19 December 2011. Solomon then released her debut album Shy on 18 April 2015. In September 2016, she began appearing as a panellist on Loose Women and in November of the same year she presented the I'm a Celebrity spin-off series I'm a Celebrity: Extra Camp.

And her latest project has seen the Loose Women panellist transforming her conservatory, and turning it into a lilac dream. Stacey totally transformed her conservatory with a gorgeous palette of white and lilac at her sprawling £1.2 million Essex mansion.
She squeezed glue onto the back of softwood timber panels, priced at £12.50 for a pack of five, and stuck them onto the wall to create a traditional dado rail around the edge of the conservatory.
