Clyde sign former St Mirren defender Mark Docherty
former Dundee United midfielder Morgaro Gomis was announced earlier this afternoon.After starting his career at St Mirren, Docherty has enjoyed a successful career in the lower leagues including winning back-to-back promotions with Alloa Athletic in 2012 and 2013.The versatile defender, with over 450 appearances in his professional career, can also play in midfield and he spent the last 18 months at League Two side Annan Athletic.Clyde boss Danny Lennon told the club's official website: ""We are also delighted to add Mark Docherty to our playing staff for the coming season."I have worked with Mark before and know full well the character and qualities he will bring to this wonderful club.
