‘8 Mile’ star Nashawn Breedlove’s cause of death revealed
People, the rapper died from the combined effects of fentanyl, acetyl fentanyl, cocaine and ethanol. He was 46.The report was received from New Jersey’s Office of the Chief State Medical Examiner and the death was ruled as an accident.Breedlove died in his sleep on Sept. 24 in New Jersey.His mother, Patricia Breedlove, penned a statement on social media at the time, confirming her son’s passing.“Nashawn was a rapper, singer, songwriter, and actor,” she wrote.
