Kelly Ripa is gearing up for a very special Mother's Day as she's been reunited with all three of her children. The Live with Kelly and Ryan host looked thrilled in a photo she shared on Instagram in which she was flanked by her daughter, Lola, and sons, Joaquin and Michael.
