Tributes paid to former MSP Kay Ullrich who predicted rise of Nicola Sturgeon after her death
Kay Ullrich, who served as a list member for the West of Scotland from 1999-2003, was a life-long campaigner for independence.The mother-of-two was retired and living in Dreghorn. The First Minister said today she was "devastated" by Ullrich's death.In a tweet, the SNP leader said: "I’m devastated by this news.
