Here’s when ‘Taskmaster’ is back on TV

Channel 4 has announced Taskmaster will kick off its new series later this month.As announced on Thursday (March 16), series 15 of the comedy game show will start on Thursday March 30 at 9pm on Channel 4.The line-up for the new series includes comedians Frankie Boyle, Jenny Eclair and Ivo Graham, alongside Ghosts star Kiell Smith-Bynoe and Mae Martin, who created and starred in the Netflix comedy series Feel Good.Series 14 concluded in December last year, which featured Dara Ó Briain, Fern Brady, John Kearns, Munya Chawawa and Sarah Millican. Taskmaster has revealed its celebrity line-up for series 14.The BAFTA and National Comedy Award winning game show will soon return to Channel 4, although an air date is yet to be officially confirmed.Joining the line-up for the latest series are stand-up comedian and television presenter Dara Ó Briain (Mock The Week), stand-up comedian Fern Brady (Live At The Apollo), stand-up, writer and actor John Kearns, comedian, broadcaster and digital creator Munya Chawawa, and award-winning stand-up comedian Sarah Millican.Greg Davies will return to his throne as the titular host of the show, as will his assistant Alex Horne, to help judge and adjudicate the celebrities as they carry out a number of bizarre and challenging tasks.Horne, who co-created the series, also serves as executive producer, alongside Richard Allen-Turner, Rob Aslett, James Taylor, Jon Thoday and Andy Devonshire.News of the new line-up comes after the Channel 4 show enjoyed the one-off special Taskmaster Champion Of Champions tonight (June 23), in which the winners from series six to ten reunited to determine an overall victor.The former champions included Richard Herring, Liza Tarbuck, Kerry Godliman, Lou Sanders and Ed Gamble.
