In sophisticated style Emmerdale actor Adam Thomas headed to the Savoy over the weekend, with his gorgeous wife.The pair were pictured out having a meal in the beautiful setting and Caroline stunned in an off-the-shoulder black dress. Adam also took a sweet photo of his wife enjoying breakfast in bed while sat in pink pyjamas at the Henrietta Hotel.
