death of her baby brother.John Proctor died in an ambulance in 1967 aged just four months, leaving his parents devastated.Mum Isobel and dad John never received an apology for mistakes they say led to their son’s death.The family have now enlisted local MSP Jackie Baillie in their quest for answers.Isobel died six years ago, having never seen anyone taken to task for the death of her child.Baby John’s sister, Elizabeth Mullen, from Balloch in Dunbartonshire, said: “My mum said she could remember when they arrived at the hospital.“There were nurses outside and they took my brother from her.
