Get the latest Falkirk news sent straight to your inbox with our daily newsletterOne of the first classic car events in the UK following lockdown, the Sunbeam Talbot Alpine Register (STAR) rally was based at Crieff Hydro.STAR chair Alan Brinklow told the Strathearn Herald: “We had a sensational weekend for our national rally at Crieff Hydro Hotel hosted by our Region 1 organisers, Stephen and Fiona Leckie.“The location and hotel can only be described as superb, with plenty of space and organised visits for us to practise our social-distancing skills.“The trips included Scone Palace and Gardens, the Black Watch Regimental Museum, the Falkirk Wheel and the Kelpies.“The Sunbeam Talbot Alpine Register is part of the Rootes group.
