Gemma Clare Collins (born 31 January 1981) is an English television personality and businesswoman. In 2011, she began appearing on the ITVBe reality series The Only Way Is Essex, and following further appearances on television, she became a contestant on the seventeenth series of Celebrity Big Brother and the eleventh series of Dancing on Ice.
In August 2019, she began starring in her own reality series, Gemma Collins: Diva Forever.
SHE has been trolled in the limelight – and now Gemma Collins has revealed she was bullied at her all-girls school for being too POPULAR.
The reality star said pupils were jealous of her larger-than-life personality and she had to change schools after being physically attacked.
She revealed on the new episode of The Gemma Collins Podcast: “I never got bullied because of my weight, I actually wasn’t overweight at school. “I used to be bullied because I was quite popular and I was quite out there. “Basically, I had to move schools in the end because I was bullied quite bad. “One girl even punched me in my face and stole my purse.” Gemma also told on the podcast, which is out tomorrow on BBC Sounds, how a day out with her nephews ended in.
