Phil Neville to be asked to take England pay cut by FA

In a statement, FA CEO Mark Bullingham said that the postponement of England games and FA Cup matches at Wembley, plus non-football events, means the governing body is expecting to lose at least £100m.
This money, Bullingham said, would have been put back into the football pyramid at all levels.
