East Kilbride councillor has hit out at callous fly tippers after reports of dumped garden and building waste.The waste was spotted in Thornton Road, between Jackton and Thorntonhall. Now Independent councillor David Watson is seeking help in identifying those responsible.The councillor has shared photos of the waste in a bid to identify those who dumped it.
