Women's Health cover star, Made In Chelsea OG, mum-of-one and founder of The Mummy Tribe, Binky Felstead has used fitness for many reasons over the years but not least to support her during her pregnancy and postpartum. Giving birth to her daughter India in 2017, Binky's documented her return to fitness over the last three years – saying now, that she feels stronger than ever, thanks to listening to her body, working with the experts and knowing when to push on and when to pull back.On this journey she realised that although the gym has many benefits there is also a major pitfall to avoid that she wishes more new mums knew about.
