ploughed into pedestrians killing a man has been caught on camera.The chilling footage shows reckless Daniel Bracher mowing down a couple after overtaking vehicles on the wrong side of the road.Despite slamming the brakes of his red Peugeot 207 he smashed into and killed Damien Hubbard, 43, who was was pronounced dead at the scene.His 55-year-old partner was seriously injured following the incident on Parkfield Road in Birmingham last December.She has been left with life-changing injuries and will require further operations for some time to come, reports Birmingham Live.Police arrested Bracher at the scene, who later pleaded guilty to causing death by dangerous driving and causing serious injury by dangerous driving.The 23-year-old, of
