Bolton town centre.A jury of six men and six women took just over half an hour to find Majdi Idress not guilty of two counts of rape.Mr Idress met the woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, on the evening of February 14, 2018. He took her back to his home on Crawford Avenue, The Haulgh.On the third and final day of his trial at Bolton Crown Court, the 20-year-old told prosecution barrister Charlotte Kenny the woman did not appear to be intoxicated when he met her.Mr Idress said: "I swear by God, she was normal.
