Kate Middleton and Princess Anne are stepping out on their first ever engagement as a pair.The two royals have visited the Royal College of Midwives and Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists headquarters in London, to hear about the ways they’re improving health care for women and their babies. It’s the first time the women, both patrons of the different organisations, have attended an official visit as a pair.
