NBA Free Agency is in full swing! Every year it seems like teams around the league continue to pay players more and more money! Has the caliber of the average NBA player changed? Or are teams just getting desperate? This offseason has seen some pretty crazy contracts already, but let us look at the biggest overpays this far! Looking at these overpays, we will be judging by the team that handed out the contract as well as the situation they are in.
