Perth schools have been described as “appallingly dangerous” after some pupils had a near-miss walking to school.There have been reports of increased traffic on residential roads around the Oakbank area as traffic seeks to avoid Glasgow Road.Sections of the Glasgow Road are closed for three weeks as road resurfacing works are carried out.Mum-of-four Robyn Allan phoned the police and Viewlands Primary School after an incident as she attempted to walk her kids across Oakbank Crescent to school last week.She told the PA: “The traffic is appallingly dangerous.”“I walk my kids and another boy up to the school.
